1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) receives KRW 70,000,000 from the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On November 30, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant for the first floor among the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1, with the term “one story: Two stores; two street stores; and one million won for rent; and the term of lease from November 30, 2008 to November 30, 2013 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”). B. After February 3, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted each of the following in relation to the instant lease agreement.
