1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B is each indicated in the attached Form No. 21, 2, 3, 24, and 21 among the area of 98 square meters in Daegu Jung-gu E-gu.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 21, 2015, based on sale on July 21, 2015 with respect to the Daegu Jung-gu E-gu 98 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Defendants, without any title, occupy the site of the instant land, with six square meters on the part (i) of the third floor of the third floor, which connected each point of which is indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 21, 2, 3, 24, and 21, and connected each point of which is indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 21, 2, 3, 24, and 21. According to the facts of the above recognition, Defendant B, the owner of the instant real estate, removed the housing of 13 square meters on board (29,67,78,32,33,34,29 of the attached map among the 98 square meters of the land in Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, and Defendant B, in turn, connected each point of 21,2,3,24,21 of the attached map, and the 6 square meters of the housing on board (1) of the mentmen and the mentmen' roof of the mentmen's mentmen's 21,4,5,28,18,19 of the aforementioned map; Defendant D, in turn, connected each point of 19,4,5,28,28,18,19 of the same map; Defendant C, in turn, connected each point of 29,6,8,32,33,34,29 of the same map; Defendant C, in turn, connected each point of 3.
