A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and four months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of six months.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 2488"- Defendant A, B

1. On February 10, 2014, Defendant A (criminal record) sentenced Defendant A to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the branch court of Suwon District Court on February 10, 2014, and was released on January 30, 2015 in a female prison on parole on January 30, 2015, and the parole period expired on March 23, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

A. At night, from around 20:00 on May 4, 2015 to around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was at the victim F’s house in the Daegu Northern-gu E and the second floor; (b) went out to the two floors above the other entrance gate; and (c) opened a closed door and opened a closed door without correction; and (d) carried 60,000 won in cash inside the wall.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. (2) From May 12:10, 2015 to around 16:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance entrance rectification devices to the victim in the Daegu Northern-gu K and the second floor from the victim I’s house; (b) destroyed the gap of the victim’s out-of-the-spot, and entered the entrance rectification devices to the victim, and (c) carried a pair of 18K gold boxes equivalent to 4.50,000 won at the market price of the victim I located in the inner cremation belt; and (d) carried a single passbook of 18K located in the market price of 3.440,000 won at the market price; and (e) the community credit cooperatives and seals owned by the victim J.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
