Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on January 9, 2014 and was sentenced to one year and six months on February 4, 2015, and was punished for the same kind of crime seven times on February 4, 2015.

A. From March 19, 2015 to June 9, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) used a gap in the victim E’s house located in Busan District, Busan District; (b) opened a string of 300,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession; (c) opened a string of 18 km and intrude into the house by using the racker; and (d) cut off two 18 km 150,000 won in the market price of the victim’s ownership; and (d) cut off 1,60,000 won in 1,000 won in the market price from March 19, 2015 to June 1, 2015; and (d) added the market price of 1,3 through 5,7 through 9, 13 through 16, 13 through 16, 218 through 28, 208 through 36,308 through 28.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
B. On March 20, 2015, around 08:30 on March 20, 2015, the Defendant attempted to steal the property owned by the victim by opening a lock-out window using a dracker and destroying the dracker’s spons, but attempted to steal the property by intrusion into the drack, but the dracks do not bring about the drack, and the Defendant did not bring about the dracks from March 20, 2015 to June 8, 2015, and did not bring about the dracks from March 20, 2015 to June 20, 2015.
