The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of execution on July 25, 2013 by obstructing the performance of official duties at the Gwangju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 25, 2013, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment and fine of three hundred thousand won on November 12, 2014 during the period of suspension of execution and became final and conclusive on March 27, 2015.

On October 9, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of each of the above punishment in the Ganpo Prison.

1. The Defendant, on March 20, 2016, from around 18:30 to 20:00 on the same day, obstructed the operation of the victim’s game room by force by force, such as: (a) making the victim’s friendship in the adult game room of “E Gameland” operated by the victim D (V, the age of 48) located in Gwangju-gu, lose money; (b) making the victim’s friendship; and (c) having the victim friendly with him/her lose his/her money.

2. On April 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim H ( South and 63 years old) who passed the place to provide tobacco in front of the 'G restaurant located in the Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu around 01:05; (b) the victim requested tobacco to the victim H ( South and 63 years old); (c) there is no defect in tobacco; and (d) there is no tobacco.

"At the same time, the victim she was at the right chest of the victim due to drinking."

On the same day, the police officer who received a report from the victim and tried to listen to the statement about the situation of the case from the victim, and the police officer who called out after receiving a report from the victim at the same place at around 01:20 on the same day, the victim's flag was made one time due to a sudden loss.

Accordingly, the defendant committed assault against the victim.

3. "2016 Highest 2149".

A. On March 27, 2016, the Defendant, while drunking in the “E Game Chapter” located in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, about 20:00, will put the victim D (V, 49 years of age) into the game site and be accompanied by things, under the influence of alcohol.

Scars shall be discarded off in a large amount of death.

(d) If money is not paid, the police is not paid with money.
