Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Gwangju District Court, and three years of suspended execution, and the above judgment was finalized on January 29, 2016.

1. On March 2015, Defendant A: (a) had been operating a game hall in Gwangju Northern-gu N, Gwangju; (b) had been offered by customers to bring a game and exchange the remaining points after the game; (c) had been offered to Defendant B and D to play a role in money exchange in the above game; and (d) had been offered to Defendant C who was introduced by Defendant B to play a role in money exchange; and (c) had been offered to Defendant E, who was introduced by Defendant B, offered to offer to perform a role in money exchange; and (d) had been offered to Defendant A, B, C, D, and E, who had been introduced by the Defendant B, offered to offer that he would play a role in money exchange.
