A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the public prosecution against insult on January 12, 2019 is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment due to assault, etc. at Seoul Western District Court on the 16th day of the same month, and the enforcement of the sentence was terminated at Seoul Southern Southern Detention Center.

[2] On November 28, 2018, the Defendant 2] around 19:00, the victim E-F restaurant operated in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Dongdaemun-gu) provided a bath to other customers; (d) took a bath to other customers while drunk, and (e) took a bath to the said restaurant; and (e) the victim demanded the calculation of the Defendant at the said restaurant; and (e) requested the victim to appear after the victim’s report to show that the victim would not receive money; and (e) obstructed the police officer’s desire to take a bath to return home, and interfere with the victim’s business by force.

A. On November 10, 2018, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 16:30 on November 10, 2018, on the ground that the victim H in Hongcheon-gun G operated by Hongcheon-gun G, or (b) under the influence of alcohol in a restaurant, the Defendant saw a person who was in the place, as his/her hand, was drunk and damaged to the floor and damaged the utility thereof.

B. The Defendant’s obstruction of business

at the same time and place as the subsection (a) above.
