1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 12, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Applicable legal provisions: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment made without holding any pleadings following the submission of a written reply: Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and thus, it is accordingly).
