1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 85,415,00 and Defendant B from May 14, 2014 to September 16, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment on Defendant 1: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and such provisions shall apply accordingly).
3. Judgment on Defendant 2: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings concerning delayed damages are amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and such provisions shall apply accordingly);
