1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, part of the claim for the retirement allowance of Plaintiff A (21) in the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed to be dismissed by Plaintiff A in the first instance.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The summary of the case 1) constituted an anti-government organization of the Plaintiff C (1), D (12), A (21), B (32), E (42), F (50), G (62), H (69), I (79), and J (81) constituted an anti-government organization, and attempted to induce large-scale riot under the direction of the People's Revolution (hereinafter "the People's Revolution") (hereinafter "the People's Revolution") as an anti-government organization, which is an anti-government organization, and under the command of the People's Revolution (hereinafter "the People's Revolution"), which is an anti-government organization, as an anti-government organization, and under the command of the People's Revolution (hereinafter "the Defendants of this case"), the Defendants were indicted under the charge of violating the Presidential Emergency Measures and the preparation for insurrection, etc. (hereinafter "the aforementioned Plaintiffs of this case").
