1. Facts of recognition;

A. The facts charged that Non-Party N,O, P, Q, and R constituted an anti-government organization, which is the National Democratic Youth Federation of Students of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “Private Society”), and attempted to induce a large-scale riot under the command of the past People’s Revolution Party (hereinafter “EM”) which is an underground organization for public policy secrets and under the command of the former People’s Revolution (hereinafter “EM”) and Japan, were charged with violating the National Security Act, under the name of the crime, such as violation of the Presidential Emergency Decree, the preparation for insurrection, the conspiracy of insurrection, the conspiracy of insurrection, and the violation of public law.

(The above five persons prosecuted for detention (hereinafter “the Defendants of this case”). B.

The declaration and confirmation of a conviction, and the release of the Defendants by the Defendants are found guilty of all the facts charged, and the following sentence is pronounced, finalized, and the Defendants of this case were released according to the sentence finalized in each of the above rulings, as well as the suspension of detention, parole or suspension of execution.
