The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Forest Survey Division, prepared under the Shipbuilding Land Survey Order during the Japanese Occupation Period, stated that E was under the assessment of the land F in the Gyeonggi-gun, Yang-gun (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”), and stated that G, H, I, and J completed the restoration registration of the said land on June 30, 1953, in the forest land register prepared on June 30, 1976.

B. After that, the land prior to the instant partition was located in K forest 1,488 square meters at the Namyang-si, Nam-si, the Namyang-si, which had been subject to the change of administrative district, conversion of area, division, etc., and on May 1, 1995, the registration of preservation of ownership (hereinafter “instant preservation registration”) under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership (amended by Act No. 4502 of Nov. 30, 1992, invalidation) was completed with respect to the said land under the name of Defendant B, and the said land was changed to each real estate listed in the attached Table 1 through the division, registration conversion, land category change, etc. (hereinafter “instant land”).

C. Around August 2015, real estate listed in attached Table No. 5 (hereinafter “instant building”) was newly constructed on the ground specified in attached Table No. 2, and on September 11, 2015, registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of Defendant C with respect to the instant building.

On October 27, 2015, the establishment registration of a mortgage was completed with respect to each real estate, etc. listed in the separate sheet, with the maximum debt amount of KRW 910,00,000,000, and with respect to each real estate, etc. listed in the separate sheet, the part of each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2 through 5 was cancelled on October 19, 2018, and on the same day, the establishment registration was completed with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2 through 5, with the maximum debt amount of KRW 834,60,000, and with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2 through 5, the debtor B, and the defendant D Association with the mortgagee
