1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet, Defendant B’s District Court’s annual registry office, 2013.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff’s real estate ownership 1) The Plaintiff is a clan that was established with the FC 12 years of age as a middle city grouping G, consisting of nine branch waves of HP, Im, Jm, Kmph, Lmph, Mmph, Nmph, Omph, Omph, and Pmph. 2) on August 3, 1990, the Plaintiff completed registration of preservation of ownership with respect to Qacheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, Qacheon-gun, 12,892 square meters and RR 23,008 square meters of land before division (hereinafter “the forest before division of this case”).
B. On March 21, 2013, S, upon receipt of ownership transfer registration, shall enter into a sales contract with Defendant B on the forest land prior to the instant division (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) under the Plaintiff’s name.
(2) On April 22, 2013, the registration of the establishment of superficies was completed for the purpose of owning the right to the Defendant Pakistan-ju Livestock Cooperatives, the amount of maximum debt, 390,000,00 won prior to the division of the instant case under Article 4862 of the same day as the registration of the establishment of a mortgage, with respect to the forest prior to the division of the instant case as the obligor B, the mortgagee-mortgage-ju Livestock Cooperatives, the amount of debt, the amount of debt, 390,000 won, under Article 4862 of the same day as of April 22, 2013, with respect to the registration of the establishment of a superficies for the purpose of owning the superficies, the duration of which is 30 years, on the same day.
3) On September 13, 2013, the registration of the establishment of a neighboring forest was completed prior to the instant division, under Article 11725 of the same registry office with respect to the establishment of a mortgage at the time of the debtor, mortgagee C, Defendant C, the maximum debt amount of 39,00,000 won, and under Article 12105 of the same registry office as of September 27, 2013, the registration of the establishment of a mortgage at the time of the debtor T-mortgage, Defendant C, the maximum debt amount of 13,00,000 won was completed. 4) The registration of the establishment of a forest with Q12,892 square meters prior to the division of each of the said forests and fields was completed prior to the division thereof, with respect to Qa 12,892 square meters prior to the division thereof.
