Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 22, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the support of the Daejeon District Court of Daejeon District on May 2, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Prison on October 9, 2019.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant damaged computer monitors, which are goods used by public offices.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, abused F on the following grounds: (a) sought from F to avoid damaging public goods; (b) sought from F to avoid damaging such public goods; and (c) assaulted F to walk the stroke of F at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on criminal investigations.
