Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On May 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Gwangju District Court. On January 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for an injury at the same court and completed the execution of the final sentence at the Gwangju Prison on September 26, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On December 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00, the Defendant: (b) took the same attitude in the “EM” operated by the victim D in Gwangju Seo-gu, but did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and (c) took the disposition of alcoholic beverage and alcohol, etc.; (d) the Defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to KRW 400,000, in total, including 200,000, including 400,000 and 2,000, from the employee F.

On December 25, 2014, at around 08:10 on December 25, 2014, the Defendant damaged public goods: G, a police officer in charge of the investigation of the Gwangju Western Police Station, which was located in the Seo-gu Standing Park, and the office of the Economic 2 Team, arrested a flagrant offender on the suspicion of fraud as referred to in paragraph (1) and investigated “if there is no location to detain”; but the police officer who was investigated “if there is minor problem, the reason for detention should not be known, but the reason for detention should be returned to the house”; and “if there is anything, the Defendant shall be detained” and “if you would be detained, the Defendant took a computer monitor on the books of the above G, and carried one computer monitor of the total market value of 368,000,000 won and one book glass.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
