Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report any false fact with respect to resident registration.

Nevertheless, on October 20, 2017, the Defendant reported a false fact about the resident registration by reporting the resident registration to E while the Defendant and the Defendant resided in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and reported the fact that the Defendant and the Defendant reported the resident registration to E while living in the Dong-gu, Seoul.
