1. Larceny;

A. On May 13, 2014, around 13:00 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a new physical check card (F) from the victim E, a passenger of D taxi, who was a passenger of D taxi, for the settlement of charges; and (b) stolen the new physical check card owned by the victim under the method of changing the name influence card from the victim in the preceding taxi.

B. On August 24, 2014, at around 23:30 on August 24, 2014, Defendant Hacheon-si G apartment, a taxi passenger, received a new physical fitness card (I) in the name of the victim in order to pay charges, and Defendant Hacheon-si stolen the new physical fitness card in the name of E, such as paragraph (a), using the method of changing the registration card, which is owned by the victim.

C. While around 00:30 on September 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a Non-FCC Card (M) from the victim K, a taxi passenger, in the front of the J apartment route of the Gu J apartment; and (b) stolen the Non-FC Card in the name of the Defendant under the name of the Plaintiff under the method of changing the Non-FC Card from the Plaintiff’s dry-in card to the victim.

On October 9, 2014, around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) received a new physical check from the victim P, a taxi passenger, in the name of Q Q Q, for the settlement of charges; (b) stolen the new physical check card in the name of Q, which was a stolen H, as stated in the foregoing paragraph, using the method of changing the four-way card to the victim.
