A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a K5-car.

On December 8, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 01:05, the Defendant driven the said K5-lane in front of the Incheon Veterans Center, which is located in the border of the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by driving the said K5-lane, and proceeding the two-lanes in the direction of the parallel distance from the direction of the parallel distance, while driving the said K5-lane in the direction of the parallel distance above the one-lane.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) while driving the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of alcohol; and (b) sustained injury such as a breath of the pipe flick to the victim E (57 years old) who was on board the bus; (c) injured the victim E (57 years old); (d) injured the victim F (51 years old) who was on board the bus for about three weeks in need of treatment; (d) injured the victim G (37 years old) who was on board the bus for about two weeks in need of treatment; (d) injured the victim E (59 years old); (d) injured the victim E (59 years old); (e) injured the victim E (54 years old); (e) injured the victim by the bus for about six weeks in need of treatment; and (e) injured the victim E (54 years old); and (e) injured the victim by the said bus for about two weeks in need of treatment of the bus; and (e) injured the victim E. 4 years old;
