A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle for the purpose of SM518 riding.

On March 18, 2017, the Defendant driven a car with a alcohol level of 0.107% from blood alcohol level around 19:30 on March 18, 2017, and continued to drive the said SM518 vehicle at a speed of 0.107% in front of the D oil station in Kimcheon-si C, depending on one lane, with a three-lane road in front of the D oil station in Kimcheon-si.

In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the front-time and the steering gear accurately.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting this, the Defendant: (a) taken the back part of the victim E (25 years old) driving a traffic signal stop in the front of the above SM518 passenger car; (b) the end part of the passenger car in front of the above SM518 passenger car; (c) caused the victim G (34 years old) driver car to be pushed back after the victim GM7 passenger car; and (d) again, the said SM7 passenger car will be pushed back by the victim I (46 years old) driving or the following part of the passenger car in front of the said SM7 passenger car.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim E due to the above occupational negligence, such as brain dust, etc. requiring a treatment for about 3 weeks; injury to the victim K (30 years old) who was on the said horse-based car; injury, such as a drum dys, etc. requiring treatment for about 5 weeks; injury to the victim G, which requires treatment for about 2 weeks; injury to the victim L (28 years old) who was on board the said SM7 car; injury to the victim L (2 years old) who was on board the said SM7 car; injury such as dys, tensions, etc. requiring treatment for about 2 weeks; injury to the victim E; injury to the victim NN (10 years old) who was on the said new-based car or on a car; and injury to the victim NN (10 years old-old) who was on board the said SM7 car; injury to the victim, such as dysium dyna, etc. for about 2 weeks.
