1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 10 million won with 15% interest per annum from September 5, 2016 to the day of full payment.

No dispute between the parties, or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in the Evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff: (a) determined the construction cost from the Defendant on November 20, 2014 and January 6, 2015 as KRW 980,000; and (b) received construction of a factory site and a building on the ground outside Gyeonggi-si; and (c) the Plaintiff completed each of the above construction works on March 10, 2015. The Plaintiff received KRW 526,00,000 among the construction cost as above.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 454,00,000 won (i.e., KRW 980,000,000 - KRW 526,000,000) which the plaintiff sought and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 6, 2016 to the date of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
