A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 18:30 on May 14, 2015, the Defendant driven a DNA vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 15 km in front of the “C” in the front of the “C” road located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-dong 116-16, Young-gu, Busan.
2. On May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 08:00, on the road in front of the above C, was found to have violated parking and stopping regulations; and (b) the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license from the F in the circumstances surrounding the area E zone in the Busan Southern Police Station.
The defendant presented the first-class ordinary driver's license of G in the name of the defendant in the name of the Commissioner of Busan Local Police Agency, which is an official document in possession, as if the defendant was the defendant's driver's license.
In this way, the defendant did not use official documents.
3. In order to prevent the Defendant from being aware of the fact of driving without a license under paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) had the Defendant pretended as driving of the above Poter vehicle at the time; (b) on May 15, 2015, at the Busan Southern Police Station and the Office of Local Criminal Team, the Defendant was investigated as suspicion of uttering of the above official document at the Busan Southern Police Station and the Office of Local Criminal Team, on May 15, 2015, and made a false statement that he driven the above Poter vehicle at H and parked near his house; (c) around 12:00 on the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to H with the above 10th of the above Poteron University located in the Namnam-gu Busan National University, Busan National University; and (d) had the above 10th of the above Poter to be punished for driving without a license prior to driving; and (d) had the Defendant drive the above Poter with the above 10th of the 2nd of the above 3nd police station.5th of the day.
