A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After reporting the marriage on November 29, 2006 with D and D on November 29, 2006, the marriage was revoked upon D’s claim for revocation of marriage around February 2009.

A. On December 26, 2008, the Defendant forged private documents at the two-dong office located in 107-3 Dong-dong, Daegu Northern-dong around December 26, 2008, and the color pen.
