A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. The Defendant is a person who shared (each share 1/2) a multi-story C’s house with the wife at Jeju, and when the need for D’s certificate of personal seal impression was made in order to provide D’s above house as collateral for another person due to financial difficulties, the Defendant brought D’s certificate of personal seal impression and identification card in the house and received the certificate of personal seal impression arbitrarily.
