Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2015, the defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with labor for fraud at the Busan District Court on April 23, 2015, and such judgment became final and conclusive on May 1, 2015.

1. Around 15:00 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a Bbenz car without a driver’s license to the vicinity of an urban highway located in the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Metropolitan City”) at the end of Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Metropolitan City”).
