Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2017, at around 23:15, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by “C main points located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the reason that the victim D, who was another thesis guest, was “construtly changed”, on the ground that many other customers hear, the Defendant provided a bath to the victim, such as “construe, fluore, fluore,” and “the victim.”
