A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 19:59 on December 17, 2017, the Defendant driven a ewing-III truck without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.110% from a section of about 500 meters from the front of Macheon-si B to the front of Macheon-si C, Macheon-si.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place of the entry in paragraph (1), committed an act of violating the Resident Registration Act, with a view to having the police officers belonging to the traffic management division of the Macheon Police Station punished those who have been requested to produce identification cards on the ground that he was under the influence of drinking and thus having been punished.

The Defendant, at the same time and place, informed the police officer of F’s name, resident registration number, etc., and signed a private person’s signature in the “F” column for the driver’s signature of a portable information device (PDA) that is used to input the control of drinking driving, and submitted it to the said police officer, signed a “F” in the driver’s signature column for the statement on the statement of the driver’s report on the state of drinking

Accordingly, the suspect used F's resident registration number unlawfully, forged F's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising the F's resident registration number, and exercised each forged F's signature.
