Around August 12, 2019, the Plaintiff lent KRW 75,000,00 to the Defendant on or after the due date for reimbursement of KRW 75,00,000 to the Defendant on or after February 28, 2020 may not be disputed between the parties, or may be recognized by the statement of evidence A No. 1.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 75,00,000 won of the above borrowed loan and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from February 29, 2020 to May 18, 2020 and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
