Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 143,00,000 for the Plaintiff and as a result, from October 1, 2019 to April 20, 2020.

There is no dispute between the parties as to the facts stated in the cause of the claim. Defendant B, the borrower, and Defendant C, the joint and several surety thereof, jointly and severally, are liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 143,00,000,000, and the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 5% per annum prescribed in the Civil Act from October 1, 2019 to April 20, 2020, the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, which is the date of the final repayment of the Defendants, and from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
