Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:57 on August 2, 2014, the injured Defendant: (a) boarded 1765-ro 1765 K5-si, Scam Ma-ro; (b) got on a 5-si taxi operated by the victim D (the age of 48) who is a taxi driver; and (c) was unable to drive more than once due to a traffic accident from the victim; (d) heard the horses that he is getting on and off another taxi; and (e) under the influence of alcohol, he saw the victim’s chest part of the victim’s chest in a hand and flab with the victim’s face part of the victim’s chest at one time, and flad with the victim’s face part of the 14-day face.

2. The Defendant, in the foregoing date and time and place, continued to use the crepan in which the victim D did not live, and continued to use the crepane of the said taxi on the same day, and, at around 02:20 on the same day, continued to use the crepane of the victim’s taxi without the victim’s consent by driving it up to the way to stop down the way to stop down the fast-gambling, family boom, 1597-ro, Yangju-si.

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same time and place as above, and driven the above 2 km taxi while under the influence of alcohol content 0.122% in blood.
