Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who operates B, was recruited to select a company that implements the project for the maintenance of the signboards of Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, North Korea, but on November 2, 2012, the victim culture company was selected as the first potential concessionaire.

On November 5, 2012, around 13:23, 2012, in order to verify whether the victim selected as the first potential concessionaire had a signboard production facility, the victim intruded into the building managed by the victim, such as taking an inner corridor of the office of the second floor through the entrance of the first floor of the building in question, to verify whether the victim was equipped with the signboard production facility.
