Reasons

Punishment of the crime

From around December 2018, the Defendant had been in a 42-year-old relationship with the victim C (here, 42 years of age) from around July 2019, and had been trying to adjust the relationship with the victim, and had been able to threaten the family members of the victim as if they were to have a spactic relationship with the victim.
