Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. While the Defendant, while operating a laundry site in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B shopping mall, maintained an unfavorable relationship between the victim E and the competitor, who opened the said shop with “D” in the same shopping mall, the victim was dissatisfied with each other as a standing signboard set up in the shopping mall to publicize the convenience store for laundry convenience.

On October 20, 2019, around 11:00, the Defendant heard three to four members including employees of the apartment management office and security guards, etc. in the vicinity of the said C laund on the access of the said C laund, the Defendant stated that “The victims E and the victim F, who are married between the married couple, have been suffering from the uncomponed relationship, i.e., whether this son, the son, the son, the son, and the son.”

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the honor of the victims by openly pointing out false facts.
