1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Plaintiff is a clan that jointly sets up Fmp 18 descendants G. 2) The Plaintiff was a son of the above G T, U, and H (a family name S) but U was adopted to W, who is a deceased family of G.

The Defendants are U’s descendants, and the co-defendant B and C of the first instance trial are H’s descendants.
