A A is a person who slaughters salt, dog, chickens, etc. in the name of "E" in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, and supplies them to a restaurant, etc., and Defendant B is an employee of the E. The slaughter and treatment of livestock, gathering milk, and processing, packing, and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at the workplace permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, Defendant A, without obtaining the above permission from January 2, 2012 to April 19, 2014, equipped with one working unit in the above E, one chlori, one fluor, one working unit, one earth, and one electronic percussion lock in a salt farm, and then slaughtered 34 fluor in a market price of 23,614,00 won at a salt farm by breaking electric shock machines into a salt farm, and Defendant B had a blick with Defendant A, and then slaughtered 30 fluor in a market price by the above methods.

As a result, Defendants conspired to slaughter livestock at the workplace without permission.
