1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. The plaintiff asserted that the defendant worked as a representative director C from April 11, 2007 to June 30, 2008, but was not paid wages from the above company.

Accordingly, on December 17, 2008, the Defendant prepared a letter of note that the Plaintiff shall pay 50 million won as wages in arrears to the Plaintiff by February 28, 2009, and thus, the Plaintiff is liable to pay the wages in arrears in accordance with the letter.

2. The mere descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 alone are not sufficient to recognize that the plaintiff's wages not paid from the above company amount to 50 million won, and that the defendant agreed to pay the above wages in arrears to the plaintiff as the representative director, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
