1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, as a temple affiliated with the Defendant, worked with the National Assembly member from D Religious Organizations E (J) located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the National Assembly member from December 20, 199.

B. Around May 200, the Defendant representative G, F, and D Religious Organizations representative H sold the E site, etc. and agreed that the sale price includes the repayment of the E’s obligation. On September 10, 2002, the said F delegated the Plaintiff with the authority to the above agreement, and on June 30, 2004, N.N., who held office as Defendant General Director, had the Plaintiff take charge of the sale of E.

C. On June 30, 2006, the Defendant sold E education hall building and its site to Tae-ro Construction Co., Ltd. for KRW 5.5 billion.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The plaintiff's assertion (1) around December 20, 1999, the plaintiff agreed to pay the amount of wages to the plaintiff between the defendant and the defendant for the payment of wages to the plaintiff for the work of the plaintiff as the plaintiff's total work. Accordingly, the plaintiff worked as the plaintiff's total work from December 20, 199 to September 10, 2002, but the plaintiff did not receive the wages for the above period.

(2) After that, the Plaintiff worked as an estate administrator from September 1, 2002 to April 30, 2006 without paying benefits, but did not receive benefits during the above period of work. Meanwhile, the Defendant promised to sell the E site, etc. to a third party and pay the unpaid benefits to the Plaintiff after settling the sales price, but the Defendant did not pay unpaid benefits even after September 12, 2006.

(3) On the other hand, considering the benefits of the Director General at the level of the Director General at Cho Jong-soo, the benefits of E General or an administrator are equivalent to KRW 1,300,000 per month (including bonuses, retirement allowances, living expenses, and expenses) and thus, the Defendant.
