1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 44,00,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from March 2, 2016 to the date of full payment.

On December 30, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) supplied Defendant A with a surveillance camera protection device case amounting to KRW 44 million; (b) Defendant B provided joint and several surety payment of the price of the goods; (c) the Defendants failed to pay the price; and (d) thus, the Plaintiff sought payment on December 30, 201.
