1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,480,00 and the interest rate thereon from April 3, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. On April 3, 2006, the Plaintiff agreed to pay interest of KRW 24.3 million per month to Defendant B at interest rate of KRW 30,000 per month (payment on April 25, 2006), when Defendant B delayed payment of interest at least once a month, or upon seizure, provisional seizure, etc. from other creditors, Defendant C guaranteed the above obligation at the time, and leased KRW 9.1.8 billion to Defendant C on November 13, 2008. At the time, Defendant B guaranteed the above obligation. The Defendants did not pay interest after August 3, 2006. The Defendants agreed to pay the loan within the loan payment date from November 13, 2008, but did not pay the loan within the loan payment date, and thus, requested the aforementioned order to pay the loan to the Defendants for the extended payment period of KRW 348,288,000 for the purpose of the Civil Procedure Act against the Defendants’ filing an application for the aforementioned order to pay the loan amount of KRW 30838,208,108.28.
