A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was a public official in the jurisdiction of the Gangnam Branch Office of the Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor’s Office, on the Haak apartment on December 23:02, 201; (b) was parked in the driver’s seat in the H apartment; (c) was committing an escape using a rocketing car, which is a dangerous object to avoid arrest, for six months of imprisonment with prison labor sentenced to the Defendant in the Chuncheon District Court Decision 2016 Height 1709. (d. 17, 2018., 25 April 25, 2018).

Therefore, while the Defendant is demanding K and L to set off a vehicle immediately adjacent to the passenger vehicle of rocketing and L, the Defendant left the parking zone through a space created by turning off the vehicle of rocketing or other car in order to stop the Defendant’s escape from the front side of the vehicle of rocketing or other car, and then stop immediately before and after the rapid speed, thereby threatening K and L to go off from the front side of the vehicle of rocketing or other car, and in order to prevent the Defendant’s escape, the Defendant left the parking zone through the space created by repeating the act of going ahead of the vehicle of MF, which is an official vehicle parked behind the right side of the vehicle of rocketing or other car, to stop the Defendant’s escape from the front side of the vehicle of rocketing or other car, and then stop immediately before and after the rapid progress of the vehicle, thereby threatening K to get out of the body of the vehicle of rocketing or other car.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with legitimate execution of prosecution officials' duties.

2. The Defendant who destroyed and damaged special objects may escape from arrest by pushing the vehicles parked around his/her own vehicle at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1.
