A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2013, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving Crocketing 3 automobiles, driven the said automobiles under the influence of alcohol level of 0.137% without obtaining a driving license on January 13, 2013, and continued to drive the said automobiles at a speed of 60 km per hour from the surface of the NAFFFFFFFFF, to drive the said automobiles under the influence of alcohol level of 0.137%.

Since there are no lanes and the roads are bended towards the left side, the driver had a duty of care to safely proceed by reducing the speed of the driver.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was driven by the victim D while neglecting it to the left side of the running direction, and was driven by the victim D while driving in the opposite direction.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, due to such occupational negligence.

2. On January 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a passenger car listed in the foregoing paragraph 1 (1) without purchasing mandatory insurance on the front side of the “skid-si Licensed Real Estate Agent” in the main arrangement of Pyeongtaek-si.
