Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was punished on August 27, 2008 by a fine of 2.5 million won and a fine of 4 million won on December 14, 2012, and was punished twice or more due to a drunk driving. A driver’s license was revoked due to a drunk driving, and a driver’s license was revoked on August 17, 2013, around 22:22:25 on August 17, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 500 meters from the Do in front of a restaurant located in the trade name and aesthetic road located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to the front of a restaurant under the influence of 0.109% under the influence of alcohol concentration.
