A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendant B

A. On November 12:34, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) applied to the Internet Social Network Service Twitter to “C” at a non-permanent place, and posted the Defendant’s account on the following grounds: (a) the victim D (e.g., the age 41) committed an act that may harm the Defendant’s players, or (e.g., “an act that may cause harm to the Defendant’s players,” or “an act that is superior to the said F players, at any point out of the number of athletes of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group of the group.”

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by divulging public false information through the information and communication network for the purpose of slandering the victim.

B. On November 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) registered the writing “C” on the Internet Social Network Service Twitter at an off-site space (hereinafter “C”); and (b) posted the Defendant’s above account in a way that many unspecified people, who sold the Defendant’s above account, can see the said writing.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
