Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

On February 17, 2018, around 19:10 on February 17, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (26 years old) by drinking flapsing from the street in front of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
