The summary of the facts charged was around 23:20 on April 02, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the remaining, 24 years) who is the owner of the PC in front of the "CPC" in Gwangju Northern-gu, by taking a look at and parking cars in front of the "CPC" and by taking a look at the victim, who is the owner of the PC in front of the "CPC" (the remaining, 24 years) and the face of flab, and throw away in drinking, and assaulted the victim E (the remaining, 23 years old) who is the employee of the PC room who flows from his/her side.
