Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In order to enter Korea for employment purposes, the Defendant introduced USD 12,500 to “B”, a disguised marriage broker for Vietnam, and conspired C to enter Korea through disguised marriage.

Around December 11, 2009, the Defendant conspired with C and submitted to the public official in charge of family relationship registration a report of marriage, which was prepared as if he had no intention to marry with C, which was prepared as if he had a normal intention to marry with C, and whose name cannot be known with C’s notarized documents, and had the public official in charge, who is not aware of such fact, enter the report of marriage into the family relationship registration system, which was a public electronic record, in bad faith, the Defendant and C were married. At that time, the Defendant had the public official in charge store and keep the family relation register stating the fact of mistake in the above Jung-gu Office
