A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 8, 2017, from around 03:40 to around 04:10, the Defendant driven a FM5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.241% in a section of about 5km from the 0.241% of alcohol content in the blood at the same time on the roads in front of the new market located in the old Simpon-dong in the old Simpon-dong.
2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a MF5 vehicle as prescribed in paragraph (1).
On June 8, 2017, the Defendant driven the said SM5 car at around 04:00, and driven the said SM5 car at the time of the Gu-Si, Gu-Si, the Defendant was driving two lanes along the two-lanes on the road of the 3rd-do Do Do 186-20 apartment road in front of the apartment road at the Gu-Si, Gu-Si, Gu-Si, Seoul.
