Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced by the Gwangju District Court to a fine of two million won due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 13, 2014, and became a person subject to registration of personal information, and on July 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.

Where a person subject to registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of the competent police agency within 20 days from the date the reason and change occur.

(1) On April 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) scrapped and cancelling the registration of the B car engine under his/her name; and (b) did not submit the changed details to the head of the competent police office within 20 days thereafter, even though personal information was changed.

(2) On August 19, 2016, the Defendant failed to submit the revised details to the head of the competent police office within 20 days, even though the personal information was changed due to the moving from the place of residence to the South Bosung-gun apartment, the 103 Dong 201, the 103 Dong 201, and the 102 Dong 104.
