1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A (representative director L L; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is a corporation with the purpose of real estate development business, real estate sale and sale business, etc.

On April 2013, the company, which made a proposal for real estate business and accepted L from L around April 2013, has been operated in the form of the J in charge of L's representative and practice.

B. The Plaintiff Company divided the portion to be used as a road between each land listed in the separate sheet (1) and (2) and decided to divide and sell the remaining land.

Plaintiff

The Company sold the remaining shares, excluding the shares corresponding to the area of the part to be used as the above road, to several persons including the Defendants, and completed each registration of ownership transfer for shares in the area to be sold.

(At each time of the transfer registration, it was mainly conducted on June 2014.

(1) Since the transfer of shares in each land listed in the list (2) as above, the transfer of shares in the name of the Plaintiff Company was completed on August 17, 2014 as to the shares remaining in the name of the Plaintiff Company (applicable only to the area of the portion to be used as the above road) on or around September 22, 2014 and September 30, 2014 under the name of the JJ on or around September 30, 2014.

On March 9, 2015, among the land listed in the separate sheet (1) and (2) around March 9, 2015, each share transfer registration was completed to the Defendants as listed below with respect to the shares for which the transfer of ownership was completed in the J’s name as above.
