1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) C: (a) the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 12,50,000 and the Plaintiff’s counterclaim from April 1, 2015 to May 25, 2016.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) Plaintiff A and Defendant C, who had worked in the so-called “Planning Real Estate”, offered that the Plaintiff purchased and sold the franchise for development as a partnership business to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant C established the Plaintiff Company B (hereinafter “B”) around April 2013.
3) In Plaintiff B, Plaintiff A was in charge of fund-related work, Defendant C was in charge of acquiring and disposing of real estate, and Defendant E was in F’s work as a director at Plaintiff B. B. The transfer registration of shares in the Defendants’ name 1) Defendant C completed the transfer registration of shares (hereinafter “transfer registration of shares in Defendant C”) as stated in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land No. 1 through No. 4”) with respect to shares of 481.26/3620 out of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 through No. 4 in the separate sheet, as to shares of 82/3620 out of the instant land No. 2, on August 17, 2014, as to shares of 381/5835 out of the instant land No. 3.
2) The shares of Defendant C, among the land No. 1 of this case, were transferred as follows. On March 9, 2015, the date of receipt of the title No. 4391.25/3620 of the title No. 1 of this case, the title of Defendant C, among the land No. 1 of this case, was transferred as follows. On the same date of receipt of the title No. 43913 of G G No. 43912, Mar. 9, 2015, the title No. 43915 of the title No. 43915 of the title No. 43915 of the title No. 43915 of the title No. 4392,52.5/3620 of the title No. 43916 of the title No. 43916 of the title No. 3620 of the title of this case, the title of this case was transferred to Defendant C No. 23739 of the same date.
