The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 01:00 on April 25, 2020, the summary of the facts charged was assaulted by the Defendant on three occasions by using a mobile phone cited as follows: “When the Defendant got off a taxi operated by Gwangju Northern-gu by C (Nam and 52 years of age) and got off a taxi by telephone call only until the fare exceeds 6,000 won, the Defendant did not speak at the destination, and eventually received a demand from the victim for a lower time by using telephone call, the Defendant committed assault by the victim at the time of three times.”

2. The facts charged in the instant case are the assault crime, and the victim expressed his/her intention not to want the punishment against the Defendant on September 29, 2020, which was after the prosecution, and thus, the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
